1. Who we are

The TRINY platform (the "Platform") is operated by SWAGG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., Trade Register no. J2026005457403, VAT/Company ID 51841630 (the "Operator", "we").

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By ticking the acceptance box during checkout, by creating a subscription, or by joining the community Discord server, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. This acceptance constitutes a distance contract concluded electronically under Romanian Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS).

The time of acceptance and the document version are recorded electronically by our payment processor and serve as evidence of your consent. If you do not agree, do not pay and do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to purchase access. By accepting these Terms you declare that you meet these conditions. We accept no liability for false age declarations; where such a case is identified, access may be suspended without refund.

4. Description of the service

TRINY is a private educational community hosted on Discord, which may include: educational material about financial markets, analysis and opinion, informational signals regarding cryptocurrencies, memecoins, futures and forex, member discussion, and access to informational tools and bots.

The service consists solely of providing information and education. We do not execute trades, manage funds, hold custody of your assets, or have access to your trading accounts.

5. Financial disclaimer (essential)

This is the most important clause in this document. By accepting these Terms, you expressly confirm that you understand and accept the following:

• • TRINY content is strictly educational and informational and does NOT constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument;
• • The Operator is NOT a financial institution, investment firm, licensed investment adviser, broker or fund manager, and is not authorised or supervised by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) or any equivalent authority;
• • No information on the Platform takes into account your personal financial situation, investment objectives or risk tolerance;
• • Every trading or investment decision is solely yours and taken at your own risk;
• • We recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decision.

6. Risk warning

Trading financial instruments and digital assets carries a high risk of loss. Before acting on any information, consider that:

• • You may lose all of your invested capital, and with leveraged products you may lose more than your initial deposit;
• • Cryptocurrencies and especially memecoins are extremely volatile, speculative, often illiquid and exposed to fraud ("rug pulls"), and can lose their entire value within minutes;
• • Markets run around the clock; prices may move significantly between the moment information is published and the moment you act on it;
• • Results shown on the site or in the community are selected historical examples, may be unaudited, and do not represent the performance of all members;
• • Never invest money you need for living expenses, debt or essential needs.

Past performance does not guarantee or indicate future results. We give no warranty, express or implied, that any profit will be made or any loss avoided.

7. No guarantee of results

We guarantee no financial outcome, no success rate and no win rate. Any figure, screenshot, testimonial or result shown on the site or in the community reflects individual experience that is not typical and cannot be guaranteed to be reproduced. Your results depend on your own decisions, capital, risk management and market conditions.

8. Subscription, pricing and auto-renewal

Access to the premium section is provided on a subscription basis:

• • Intro offer: EUR 29 for the first 3 days of access, followed automatically by the monthly subscription;
• • Monthly subscription: EUR 99/month (promotional price; standard price EUR 149/month);
• • The subscription renews automatically each billing period by charging your saved payment method, until you cancel;
• • You receive email notice before renewal and if a payment fails;
• • You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for;
• • Prices may change for future periods with prior notice; changes do not affect the current period.

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. We never store or access your card details.

9. Right of withdrawal and express waiver

Under Romanian GEO 34/2014 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, without justification.

However, under Article 16(m) of the same rules, the right of withdrawal is lost for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost.

By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you expressly request immediate commencement of the service (instant community access) and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

10. Refund policy

Given the nature of the service (instant digital access to content that cannot be "returned"), payments are as a rule non-refundable.

We do review in good faith, case by case: duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and failure to grant access for reasons attributable to us. Requests should be sent to hello@dynastytrades.vip within 14 days of payment. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

11. Community access, suspension and removal

Access is granted by linking your Discord account after payment is confirmed. Access is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or revoke access, without refund, if you:

• • Share your account, credentials or the content with people who do not hold a subscription;
• • Copy, redistribute, resell or publish community content outside the community;
• • Behave abusively, discriminatorily, threateningly or in a harassing manner toward members or staff;
• • Spam, promote other services, pyramid schemes, "pump & dump" or fraudulent projects;
• • Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or the Discord server;
• • Initiate a payment chargeback without contacting us first.

On non-payment, premium access is automatically removed once retry attempts are exhausted.

12. User conduct

You agree to use the Platform in good faith, to comply with applicable law, the Discord server rules and to respect other members. You may not provide financial advice to other members while presenting yourself as representing TRINY, nor use the community to promote your own services without our written consent.

13. Intellectual property

All Platform and community content — educational material, analysis, signals, charts, text, design elements, the TRINY name and logo — is protected by copyright law and belongs to the Operator or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own use, for the duration of your subscription. Any reproduction, distribution, publication or commercial exploitation without our written consent is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

14. Member-generated content

Messages, analysis and opinions posted by members belong to them and do not represent the Operator's position. We do not verify or warrant the accuracy of content posted by other members and are not liable for decisions taken on that basis. By posting content in the community you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it within the Platform.

15. Personal data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details of the data categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients and your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party platforms (Discord, Stripe, market data providers) whose unavailability is outside our control. We may carry out maintenance or modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator, its directors, employees and collaborators are not liable for financial losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform, your trading decisions, information posted by other members, or the unavailability of third-party services.

In any event, the Operator's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of payment. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the community at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version.

19. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send any complaint to us first at hello@dynastytrades.vip. We undertake to respond within 30 days at the latest. If no solution is reached, you may contact:

• • The Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro;
• • The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr;
• • The Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), for personal data matters — dataprotection.ro.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts at the Operator's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights you enjoy in your EU country of residence.

21. Final provisions

If any clause is held void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force. Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Platform.
